Northern Sonoma county winery is seeking an experienced winemaker to handle making exceptional wines from their estate grown fruit. The winemaker should have solid experience working with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Syrah and Pinot Noir, with extreme attention given to quality. Proven success with these varietals required. This position reports directly to the owner, and will be involved in public relations for the wines in the consumer market as well. The Director of Winemaking must have large volume winemaking experience. Great property with a proven history of producing excellent wines.
Ultra-premium boutique winery is seeking a sales professional to manage the brand in the U.S. market. This position handles all aspects of promoting the brand, including on-premise, off-premise, and direct to consumer sales. The brand has strong momentum and this position will be instrumental in expanding sales in all channels and in increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline and 5 years of wine sales experience. Excellent people skills and a solid understanding of luxury goods sales required.
Our client in the Willamette Valley is seeking a Winemaker. This position is with an established, estate vineyard based winery in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. The winemaker must have 10 years of winemaking experience with five years as the head winemaker. Experience with Burgundian varietals, especially Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris very important in this position. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent winemaking skills and experience overseeing estate vineyards. Experience with defining wine styles and implementing cellar protocols necessary. BS degree in Viticulture and Enology required.

Highly acclaimed Napa Valley winery is seeking a part-time winery professional to handle special tours and handle winery publication maintenance. This position is a part-time position to start, with full-time potential in the next several months. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of winery operations and international wine styles. This opportunity also involves routine marketing updates, newsletter writing and website maintenance.
Lodi area winery is seeking a Cellarmaster to help with the winery’s production operations. The position involves interacting with custom crush clients and the winery owner to produce large and small lot wines. Excellent organization and recordkeeping skills required. The position involves cellar management and lab testing. Must have experience with DE and Pad filtration as well as knowledge of cross flow and/or roto-vac filtration methods. This position will oversee the cellar staff. 5+ years of cellar and winery experience required.
Large California winery is currently seeking an Assistant Winemaker for one of their Central Valley sites. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of work experience in an Assistant Winemaker role. A thorough understanding of lab procedures and winemaking duties is required. BS in Enology and Viticulture desired.
