This position will be leading the formation of the sales organization, presenting products to customers and facilitating installations and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience selling capital equipment in the spirits industry, prior production experience in spirits or related experience. 10 years of proven sales success required.
Oregon vineyard operation is seeking a Vineyard Manager to oversee 250 acres of planted vineyard in the southern Willamette Valley. Vineyard Manager will oversee the vineyard practices and manage a crew of 5 full time and up to 25 harvest workers. BS in Viticulture, Crop Science or related with at least 5 years of wine grape viticulture required.
Distributor of winery equipment is seeking a technical salesperson to handle new equipment demonstrations and technical support for winery clients throughout the Northwest. This role will be handling interactions with current customers and potential customers at small, medium and large wineries. There also could be interaction with beer, spirits and related companies. The ideal candidate will have winemaking experience and understand lots of production equipment with the ability to explain technical and production information to customers. Bilingual in English and Spanish would be highly desirable. Must be self motivated and able to work both independently, with the winery staff and with the company’s internal staff. Proven sales capabilities and technical aptitude required. Bachelor’s degree in Viticulture and Enology, Fermentation Science, Food Science or related required. This role has some travel, possibly up to 10% overnight travel.
Family owned winery in St. Helena is seeking a Cellarmaster to handle the production of the wines at the winery and at a custom crush winery. This position requires at least 5 years of winery cellar work experience and experience managing a small team. Good attention to detail and thoroughness when carrying out tasks required. Ability to move barrels, handle physical aspects of cellar work and drive a forklift are necessary. Also, the ability to drive a manual transmission and a clean driving record are required.
Family owned Napa Valley winery, vineyard, farm and restaurant are seeking a communications manager to facilitate the marketing and PR of the winery. This role will be working with an outside Marketing and PR agency and will be responsible for maintaining the messaging, facilitating VIP and media visits and scheduling advertising. Strong PR and marketing experience required along with a good understanding of sustainable agriculture, wines and entertaining. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related with 5 years of industry communications experience required.
Established Napa Valley winery is seeking a responsive and driven manager to handle the entire consumer experience at the winery. This will include the tasting room management, the DTC and wine club and special events. This position is with a winery that has a strong direct to consumer relationship in place and will be responsible for continuing the draw of the winery and the wines to current and future guests. Excellent hospitality experience required. Good social media skills required. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, communications, business or related with 5 years of winery DTC work experience required.
Napa Valley winery is seeking a national accounts salesperson to continue the company’s success in the national account market. Strong relationships required nationwide with on and off premise national accounts. This position is for a driven salesperson with current national account relationships and the ability to create new buyer relationships. Travel will be extensive throughout the US. 5-10 years of wine wholesale sales experience required with a proven track record in national accounts.
