Northwest winery is seeking a sales manager to introduce and manage their wine brands in the California market. This role will be working with off-premise sales within specialty retailers and chains. This position will also be handling the management of existing accounts in the state. Ideally, the CA Sales Manager will have prior distribution sales experience and current supplier sales management experience. Strong regional territory experience in either Northern or Southern California required. BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or related required.
WineTalent is working with our confidential client to find a key member of their team. Our client is a small, ultra-premium Napa Valley winery. The wines have garnered critical acclaim and they have a loyal consumer following. The Consumer Experience Manager will be directly involved in the management of the consumer experience, both with current and potential customers. This company is a small, teamwork oriented operation that is looking for someone who can pitch in and help out where they are needed, and also someone who can look at the business and find improvements and put in operating efficiencies wherever possible.
DTC: This role will handle the consumer experience from mailing list, online ordering, website content management and updating, order tracking and routine database upkeep.
Tasting Room: As the key consumer liasion, this position will handle all tasting appointment setting, hosting guests for the tastings and providing highly personalized tasting experiences for each guest.
Special Events: The person will host VIPs and put on special events to highlight the wines, new releases and promote the brand at the winery and as needed in the national marketplace.
Communications: This person will handle all consumer communications in print, online and in-person in a professional manner.
Administration: As a key member of the winery team, this role will require routine administration tasks including filing, database entry, oversight of vendors, upkeep of personal calendar, and other administrative tasks as required.
Commmunity Outreach: This position will work to promote strong industry ties. Outreach to tour companies, destination management companies, restaurants and hotels to foster goodwill within the wine community is pivotal in this position.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Business or related.
5 years of wine industry experience including tasting room, wine club, DTC and special events.
PC and Mac skills. Strong Word, Excel and Quickbooks experience highly desirable
Team player who is also inquisitive and will help out wherever needed.

Premier provider of packaging options for the wine industry is seeking a sales representative to oversee the sales in the North Bay and to manage key accounts. This role requires experience with packaging including glass, corks, capsules, labels and boxes. The ideal candidate will have experience selling packaging in the Northern California winery market.
New tasting room in Napa Valley is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to be in charge of the entire consumer experience. This role will manage the tasting room including scheduling appointments, maintaining the tasting room for visits, educating the consumer about the wines and the winery and working with the community to increase the visitor level. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related with 5 + years of winery hospitality experience required.
Iconic Napa Valley winery is seeking Regional Sales Managers in the Central and Midwest regions to work closely with the distributors to generate strong sales with an established brand. The sales managers will be responsible for the sales in their region and will be managing the distributors and making market visits. Strong National Account experience is required. This position requires current relationships with distributors in the region, at least 5 years of supplier side sales experience in the wine industry, and a strong understanding of pricing and programming. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related highly desirable.
